Planform Contruction gives the full size range of 2009 Rise kites a similar turning feel and speed.The Vented kite canopy allows air to flow cleanly through the vents if the kite is flown off the back lines, reducing the chance of stalling or back flying during powered and unhooked moves, plus allows the canopy to stay super stable in extremely gusty conditions.
