The 2010 Rise is the ultimate all around freeride kite. Perfect for beginner to Pro, the Rise delivers high performance over a huge wind range. 2010 refinements include larger leading edge panels at the wing tips resulting in increased projected area, and improved steering. Also new this year is our 6 strut construction designed to match the XPD panel lay out. Removal of the middle strut opens up the centre of the canopy and allows for better canopy definition and air flow through the vents. Planform Construction gives the full size range of 2010 Rise kites a similar turning feel and speed.
The Vented kite canopy and 6 strut construction allows air to flow cleanly through the vents if the kite is flown off the back lines, reducing the chance of stalling or back flying during powered and unhooked moves, plus keep the kite super stable in extremely gusty conditions.
